Teachers evaluated FliCreate's methods

The theoretical training for teachers participating in the FliCreate Erasmus+ project has just finished. At the end of the course, teachers highlighted the following positive aspects of the active learning methods they had learned:

  • students must learn to manage their time,
  • critical thinking can be developed effectively,
  • students can discuss problems with their peers,
  • differentiation is easier.

In contrast, it was found to be problematic:

  • motivating students,
  • how to deliver lessons that are interesting for the students and at the same time achieve the pedagogical objectives,
  • the short teaching time available,
  • that the production of high quality videos significantly increases the workload.

Several of them mentioned that they do not feel confident enough in their own digital skills, which for us is a clear sign that we need to continue to develop teachers' digital skills.
